| Spray Dryer control module of
KadFrame uses
special control algorithms to keep the moisture and density of the
powder product constant;
therefore, the moisture and density are
independent from the powder production rate.
Using a special torque-follower algorithm, our HMI enables users to operate three high pressure pumps in parallel. The system uses a Siemens S7-300 series PLC as a stand alone controller that is connected to a PC, user interface and the gateway to the the local network.
