Liquid Dish Washing detergent's production line control system, is another application of KadFrame. In this project 4 batchers are weighing  necessary ingredients to produce specific recipe. Each batch of production can be discharged to one of 3 mixers. Each mixer produces its specific products. The data acquisition is done by analog-digital input cards for industrial PC, and the PC also communicates with the plant instruments using through serial ports using Modbus protocol.   KadFrame acts as an HMI and software PLC. It logs data and gives the following database facilities in mdb format too: Formula table including unlimited predefined recipes Work shift table keeping all information up to 50 MB of volume in which each record contains consumed materials, No. of cycles, date and time of the work shift, waste time, and operators ID Alarm record  tables and report preparation functionalities Calibration data that includes specific editable data for each device.
