This section includes an accurate weighing system that produces the slurry according to the predefined recipe in the slurry module of KadFrame.

Produced slurry goes to Spray Dryer unit through the aging vessels to be dried and converted to the powder.

The user friendly software, KadFrame, in conjunction with the required hardware (Load cells, Transmitters, PLC, Relays, etc.), controls the whole procedure.

The software serves also as a data logger and gives the following database facilities in .mdb format:

• Formula table including unlimited predefined recipes
• Work shift table keeping all information up to 50 MB of volume in which each record contains consumed materials, No. of cycles, date and time of the work shift, waste time, and operators ID
• Alarm record  tables and report preparation functionalities
• Calibration data that includes specific editable data for each device.
